Step into a cozy kitchen and discover the timeless art of baking. Our hands-on classes are designed for beginners and seasoned bakers alike, giving you the skills and confidence to bake fresh, wholesome bread at home.
Perfect for total beginners! In this fun, hands-on class you’ll learn:
Mixing, shaping, and baking your dough A stress-free method—no daily feedings. Feed your starter only when you’re ready to bake! Step-by-step instructions as we go from starter to golden, crusty loaf. A taste of warm, fresh-baked sourdough (yum!). Your very own low-maintenance starter to keep the bread baking going at home.Scoring techniques for that gorgeous crust!
What you’ll leave with:
dough to bake the next day at home
a starter kit (banneton, dough sling, danish dough whisk, bread lame, silicone bowl scraper, and a narrow jar scraper)
a jar of starter
and a recipe in digital form and hard copy!
You will walk away prepared and confident with new skills, recipe confidence, and lots of sourdough love!
